Expert manufacturer and supplier of Tube Heat Exchanger, brings you a wide range of Finned Tube Heat Exchangers. These Steam Heat Exchangers are available with the following configurations:

(i) Washer Finned Tubes: Individual washers are soldered over the tube surface. The configuration may include one or two tubes.

(ii) Strip Wound ‘L’ Finned Tubes: Controlled deformation of the strip under tension gives the required contact pressure of the foot on the base tube for optimum heat transfer performance (Max Temp: 150 °C).

(iii) “G” Fin Tubes: The strip is wound into a machined groove and securely locked in place by back filling with base tube material. This ensures maximum heat transfer (Max Temp: 450 °C).

(iv) Integral Finned Tubes: For making integral finned tubes seamless plain tubes are used as base material. Rolling them out of the plain tube wall produces the fins. Thus, the tube and fin are in one integral price and the height of the fin may be low or medium.

(v) Wire Wound Finned Tube with External Finning: This is one of the most efficient and successful designs. These are produced on automatic machines. In this design, continuous series of wire loops are produced which are helically wound on to a tube and held in position with bending wire before being automatically soft soldered to the tube surface.
